![]() ![]() The nickname is a reference to Tarrare (1772-1798), a French showman and soldier noted for his unusual appetite and eating habits. From there, Tarrare did his best throughout the main games to obtain every possible available ribbon entirely on retail :p. After RNG abusing my savefile with the specific Pokédex TID for Snorlax, and the SID for square shininess, I managed to catch it on Route 12 after hitting the frame I had advanced thanks to the TeachyTV trick. I preferred to get it from the Fire Red/Leaf Green games since I could get it shiny and for the nostalgic Kanto tag. A Ribbon Master CurseLax is finally a possibility now thanks to the new Egg Move mechanics, so I had to get one for my Ribbon Master collection, especially considering the fact that Snorlax is also my favourite Kanto Pokémon and one of my favourite Pokémon in general. Tarrare is my ninth personal Ribbon Master project from Gen 3, featuring all the Gen 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8 ribbons (bar National Ribbon, only obtainable on Colosseum/XD purified Pokémon). Apricorn + Beast, Dream, Safari, Sport Ball injection (Gen 7-9).Luxray (Automatic Gen 8 Frame advancement).PKHeX + LiveHeX (Checking info, cloning) (Gen 1-9).Nintendo Switch Lite (Zacian & Zamazenta edition). Please keep in mind that some of the events listed may have been injected. Since I have the specific tools to RNG abuse any Pokémon I desire in every game and generation, this thread has mainly become a showcase and reference thread. Optimizer, which have both been a great inspiration to me over the course of time. This trend started with Sephirona and continued with Max. Everything in this thread is collected and sorted by National Pokédex order and my main goal nowadays is obtaining flawless Pokémon that are fully ribboned throughout each generation and nicknamed accordingly, adapting to themes that come from every cultural facet of this world. The Pokémon Village is my personal "work" and is meant to include all the Pokémon I have in my Pokémon HOME collection. I organised and participated to a plethora of giveaways in the Wi-Fi subforum obtaining precious parents from which I built a lot of Pokémon featured in this thread. From that point forward, I traded with hundreds of people worldwide, creating indelible memories. I became a contributor to the forums and to the Smogon Facebook Giveaways shortly after. After a small hiatus in 2013-2016, I came back to Smogon during late Gen 6 and opened "The Pokémon Village". I still keep that Pokémon in my collection nowadays, a Pokémon that is older than some kids playing the games these days, my "Oceania". When I joined this site in 2009, RNG abuse had not yet been cracked, and the earliest forms of trading were Pokémon bred from Dittos that weren't flawless. I still remember the unforgettable moments at the Pokémon Day organized in Italy in 2006 and the rush to grab the special 10 ANIV legendary Pokémon. Pokémon Emerald was the first game that I voluntarily asked my parents to buy for me and from this point on I have always followed the franchise up to the present day. At the time I started to get hooked on the Pokémon TV series but soon entered the world of Pokémon video games when my parents gifted me my first Game Boy Advance with Pokémon Sapphire (2003). I was born in 1994 and my great passion for Pokémon started at age 7 (2001) and has never left me since. Hello everybody! I'm Christian and I'm an Italian Pokémon fan and collector. ![]()
